Facilities
The basic
root of every manufacturing company is their workers. Maintaining
good economical, mental, managerial and physical support for
the workers enables the management to get better quality output
from the factory.
We believe that focus on our basic workers should be our utmost
concern. We know if they are happy regarding their jobs, they
will certainly give their best quality of workmanship.
Below are some aspects that we consider regarding factory workers' facilities and safety.

Doctor:
We have in house doctor and nurse for both male and female workers.
Medical checkup, first aid or even long term help or assistance
with any specific health issue are part of our medical support
to the factory workers. |
First Aid Box :
Each of our unit floors contains a first aid box. Sudden headache
from work stress or slight injury on hand - we keep some important
tablets, ointment, anticeptics and bandages etc. for quick recovery.
Every box is being inspected each week to check if the box is
filled with necessary helping items. |

Drinking Water :
For the factory staff & the workers, we provide mineral
water for drinking purpose. During the lunch time, they are
provided with pure water, since we believewater to be the most
vital in workers health. |

Fire fighting
system :
Each of our unit floors has been carefully designed to have
the best possible fire fighting system.
On each floor we have separate fire extinguisher which are
being checked every month. In case, of emergency, every fire
extinguisher has been put up, where it is clearly visible
from the floor.
Each month we carry fire drill in order to make sure, that
the workers have their ownsafety in case of fire ignition
or other hazardous situation.

Each of our unit floors are marked with red and yellow color
arrows and marks to guide the workers towards the exit. Our
floors have been devised regarding fire escape plan based on
two stair cased, meaning a part of the workers will escape from
the front and rest from the back stairs. |

Wide Stair Cases :
Both of our current buildings has two stair cases (front and
back). Both sides are exact in size and has relatively large
space. Approximately 4/5 people can use the stair in a single
row. |

Lunch Facilities :
For the factory staff, we have roof top cafeteria in the first
building. This spacious and systematic lunch place gives the
staff to relax and enjoy within their daily breaks. |
